Carm’s Palm Corned Beef Luau

Ingredients

  • 1 Can 11.5 oz Palm Corned Beef
  • 1 Can 13.5 oz Tropics Coconut Milk
  • 1 Pound (lb) Taro leaves - washed and deveined

Directions

  • Cut taro leaves into strips
  • Put taro leaves into heavy pot with cover
  • Pour the coconut milk
  • Add the Palm Corned Beef
  • Cover pot and boil for 45 minutes
  • Put in a bowl and serve as a side dish with Hawaiian Food
