Carm’s Palm Corned Beef Palusami

  • 1 1/2 Pound (lb) Taro Leaves
  • 1 Can 11.5 oz Palm Corned Beef
  • 1 Can 13.5 oz Tropics Coconut Milk


  • In a 10X12 glass baking dish, place four taro leaves, then place on top of the leaves 1/3 of the Palm Corned Beef.
  • Place another four taro leaves, place on top of the leaves the next 1/3 of the Palm Corned Beef and continue placing the next layer of the taro leaves and palm corned beef.
  • Top with the remaining taro leaves.
  • Pour the coconut milk all over the top of the taro leaves.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake in 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake another hour.
  • Serve with rice. ENJOY!
