Janice’s Palm Corned Beef Green Tossed Salad

  • 1 Can 11.5 oz. Palm Corned Beef
  • 1 Piece medium sweet round Onion (Minced)
  • 2 Piece small fresh Tomatoes (diced)
  • 5 Piece cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Item large bundle Lettuce (Iceberg or Romaine)
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cooking Oil
  • 2 Whole medium steamed Okinawan Sweet Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 Cup Tropics Thousand Island dressing
  • Serving Cheddar Cheese (shredded)


  • Fry Palm Corned Beef to a crisp. Drain Oil. Set aside and use to fry garlic and onion until slightly brown.
  • Combine to fried corned beef and mix.
  • Rinse and slice lettuce 3/4” wide.
  • Toss fried Palm Corned Beef on top of sliced lettuce
  • Garnish with • Shredded Cheddar Cheese • Diced Fresh Tomatoes • Steamed Okinawan Sweet Potato (Diced)
  • Top with Tropics Thousand Island Dressing
  • Optional: Fried Corned Beef may also be used with whole lettuce as a lettuce wrap.
