Ingredients

1 Can 11.5 oz. Palm Corned Beef

1 Piece medium sweet round Onion (Minced)

2 Piece small fresh Tomatoes (diced)

5 Piece cloves Garlic (Minced)

1 Item large bundle Lettuce (Iceberg or Romaine)
-
1 Teaspoon (tsp) cooking Oil
-
2 Whole medium steamed Okinawan Sweet Potatoes (diced)
-
1 Cup Tropics Thousand Island dressing
-
Serving Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Directions

Fry Palm Corned Beef to a crisp. Drain Oil. Set aside
and use to fry garlic and onion until slightly brown.

Combine to fried corned beef and mix.
-
Rinse and slice lettuce 3/4” wide.

Toss fried Palm Corned Beef on top of sliced lettuce
-
Garnish with
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Diced Fresh Tomatoes
• Steamed Okinawan Sweet Potato (Diced)

Top with Tropics Thousand Island Dressing

Optional: Fried Corned Beef may also be used with
whole lettuce as a lettuce wrap.
